In a hearing on Nov. 1 at Eastern Court, Jeans’ duty lawyer
said that if prosecution would present as evidence a promissory note which
contains a confession, he will question its accuracy.
The lawyer said he will also challenge the accuracy of the testimonies of two of the witnesses being lined up against her.
He asserted that the issue in dispute is whether or not she
stole the money.
