The new surge in cases has sparked a frenzy for
stocking up on pain-relief and fever medicines, especially Panadol. Other
similar medicines of different brands are however, still available in most
pharmacies.
Doctors are advising the public not to panic and just buy
whatever they need to prevent an artificial shortage. They also say all
paracetamols are effective in treating fever and providing relief from pain.
