Responsibilities:
· Handle Tagalog speaking customers' enquiries and complaints in a professional manner via Call, Facebook & Instant messaging service
· Manage customer engagement and community platform on social media
· Cross selling and promote company products and services
· Make out-going call to collect customer feedback
Requirements:
· Must be HK Permanent Resident, (ROA) Right Of Abode & with proper Visa to work
· High school or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience in service industry
· Good computer literacy
· Digital savvy with knowledge of social media apps & forums
· Good spoken Tagalog / English / Chinese is an advantage
· Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
· Ability to work independently, mature and resourceful
· Fresh graduates will also be considered
