Officers and staff of the Philippine Overseas Labor Office led by Labor Attache Jalilo dela Torre will lead the team that will provide free basic medical check-ups. Services will include free checks of blood sugar, blood pressure, uric acid and cholesterol levels. Those who want to have the check-ups must undergo fasting from 12 midnight. OEC and exemptions will also be issued. Those who wish to avail of this service should be ready with an email account and their passports (with not less than 6 months validity.

The HK Ballet ensemble will do an actual rehearsal under the leadership of Artistic Director Septime Webre, and perform selected numbers from their upcoming performance “Le Corsaire” to be shown in Tuen Mun on Mar 29-31. There will also be an interactive program to be led by Garry Corpuz and Luis Cabrera, both ballet students at the HK Academy of Performing Arts
