The show, "Finding Space," runs until June 4. It features a collection of photos that capture daily life in Hong Kong, the busy urban landscape, and of nature.
"When I do photography I am completely happy and rejuvenated especially (after) a long day in the studio contemplating my next subject to paint. My photography expresses a lot of my free spirited nature and my silent wishes. I like macro photography because it brings me back to my child-like curiosities and beliefs in finding magic in ordinary places," said Gupta of her collection.
Gupta, a former Filipino migrant worker, has also held solo and group exhibitions of her paintings in the past eight years in Hong Kong. She’s currently working on her next solo painting exhibition towards the end of the year. For more about her works visit her official website www.janetpanchoguptafineart. com.
